Cult gift card terms & conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Cult Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Pine labs Private Limited ("Pine labs") under the brand name of “Qwikcilver”. Pine labs is a private limited company organized under the laws of India and is the issuer of Gift cards. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.
Gift Card Purchase and Redemption:
The gift card can be redeemed for any services, fitness products, or any other offerings provided by Cult.fit and/or Cult.sport.
Once you redeem your gift card, The gift card balance will be credited to the wallet provided by cult.fit and/or cult.sport which can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted or the gift card has expired.
Gift cards may only be purchased in denominations from Rs. 1 to Rs. 10,000 or such other limits as Pine Labs may determine.
Gift Card Expiry and Refund:
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of its purchase.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no refunds will be provided for any unused balance on the gift card.
The gift card validity can be extended, based on request.
Gift Card Lost or Stolen:
The gift card is the responsibility of the gift card holder, and cult.fit and/or cult.sport is not liable for any unauthorized use of the gift card.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions:
The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of cult.fit and/or cult.sport (as the case may be), which may be amended from time to time at their sole discretion.
Cult.fit and/or Cult.sport (as the case may be) reserves the right to cancel or suspend the gift card program at any time without prior notice.
Other terms:
No interest will be payable by Pine Labs on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance. Pine Labs makes no representation or warranty that Cult.fit will always be accessible without interruption.
Fraud. Pine Labs is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Diverse retails private Limited ("Cult.fit") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Cult.fit online platforms
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, Pine Labs and Cult.fit each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. You agree to indemnify Pine Labs and Cult.fit for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability. NEITHER PINE LABS NOR CULT.FIT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
General Terms. The Cult.fit Conditions of Use apply to Gift Cards. Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift Card into the Cult.fit User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards. The loading of the Gift Card onto the Cult.fit User Account shall constitute a registration of the User.
Cult.fit (Diverse retails private limited) shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.

The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
No returns and no refunds on gift cards, E- gift cards and gift vouchers
By purchasing this gift voucher, you consent to sharing your PII ( Name, Email ID, Telephone Number if available ) with the issuer ( PineLabs ), as per the guidelines of PPI.
