Chicago Pizza Gift Card is issued by Neo Palates Private Limited & powered by Valuedesign.
Chicago Pizza Gift Card is accepted at listed Chicago Pizza outlets and not valid on Food Courts.
The person who has the Chicago Pizza Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
Chicago Pizza is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
Only One GC can be used in one bill/transaction.
This E-Gift Card is a multiple use card & any unused balance cannot be exchanged for Cash or No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GC will be given.
Any balance in this card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and any unused balance will expire automatically. E-Gift Card Cannot be revalidated once expired.
Chicago Pizza GC can be clubbed with any one of the existing offers at the outlets. Only valid on Takeaway/Dine in.
Chicago Pizza GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by Chicago Pizza on its website from time to time. Chicago Pizza may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
Any dispute related to the GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
If Gift Cards gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.

Chicago Pizza reserves the right to withdraw Gift Cards scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
Chicago Pizza reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift Voucher, if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
In no event the liability of Chicago Pizza for any claims shall exceed the value of the Gift Cards in dispute.
